张佳,2014年蝉舟瑜伽200小时教师培训之后正式授课,授课特点舒缓,带给身体、内心的放松。可使体能训练之后,身体快速恢复平静舒缓,使工作压力节奏中得到缓解。
Zhang Jia began teaching yoga in 2014, having accumulated over 200 hours of professional yoga training. Her practice is relaxing and soothing, allowing the mind and body to reach a state of inner peace, perfect for muscle recovery after a sweaty workout or stress relief after a hectic day at work.
