PilatesOnly Studio 第一节课课前须知
1. 请穿着舒适紧身的服装及干净的防滑袜（如无防滑袜工作室有备用可穿或者在工作室购买新款）。
2. 工作室提供干净毛巾、水杯等。
3. 为保证安全，请在教练的专业指导下进行器械体验。
4. 为保证上课质量，请您提前10分钟到达馆内做好准备。
5.为了舒适的锻炼环境，上课前手机请关静音或震动。
6.如有事私教课程请提前3小时取消，临时取消会按正常扣课。

约课规则：为确保会员正常上课的权益，场馆统一实行提前自助预约或客服预约制度。距离预约上课时间4小时以前的，会员可自助取消课程；2小时以上不足4小时的，会员可通过客服取消课程；一个月允许会员 2次在预约上课时间2小时以前通知取消课程，超过2次及未在预约上课时间2小时以前通知的，将按正常课时费从会员卡中扣除。
Note: In order to guarantee the right of the members to attend classes, our studios implement the system of self-help appointment or customer service appointment. Members may cancel their courses if the class are more than 4 hours away from the scheduled time; Members may cancel their courses through customer service if the class are less than 4 hours but more than 2 hours away from the scheduled time; Members are given only two chances per month to cancel their courses before the scheduled time. If members do not notify the studio 2 hours before the scheduled time, the course fee will be deducted from the membership card.
条款和条件 Terms and Conditions
本合同由你与厦门大道至普健康管理有限公司(以下首标“PilatesOnly Studio”)签署，双方同意下列条款将 规范你与 PilatesOnly Studio 之权利与义务。
This agreement is signed between you and Xiamen Dadao Zhipu Fitness Management Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as "PilatesOnly Studio"), and both parties agree that the following terms and conditions govern your
rights and obligations with PilatesOnly Studio.
使用条款 Terms of use
一、套餐中所含课程可在 PilatesOnly Studio 任意门店使用。会员为配偶或直系亲属的，可共享一个账户； 非配偶或直系亲属的，不可拼课使用套餐。所有课程请于有效期内使用完。
Courses included in the package are available at any PilatesOnly Studio store. If the member is a spouse or immediate family member, one account can be shared; Non-spouses or immediate family members are not allowed
to use the course package. All courses should be completed within the validity period.
二、 甲方应尽可能满足乙方完成预定课程的需求，但因教练身体原因、出差、请假、离职等原因无法满足 客户要求时，甲方将为乙方安排合适的教练进行训练，乙方不能以此理由申请退款。
Party A shall try its best to meet Party B's needs to complete the scheduled courses. However, if the instructor fails to meet the Party B's requirements due to health reasons, business trips, leave, resignation and other reasons, Party A shall arrange a suitable instructor for Party B to train, and Party B shall not apply for refund on such grounds.
三、 退款与转让规则 Refund and transfer rules
(1)在协议有效期内，乙方申请退款/转让时，甲方按原价扣除已完成课时的费用后，将向乙方收取剩余费 用的15%作为退款/转让手续费。
During the validity period of this Agreement, if Party B applies for refund/transfer, 15% of the remaining fee,after deducting the cost of the completed courses at the original price, will be harged as the refund/transfer commission.
(2)本协议失效后，甲方有权拒绝乙方的退款/转让申请。
When this Agreement becomes invalid, Party A shall have the right to reject Party B's application for refund/transfer.
(3)本协议失效后，乙方可申请将剩余金额/课程的转移至相应的现行的卡中。
When this Agreement becomes invalid, Party B may apply to transfer the remaining amount/course to the current corresponding card.
(4)乙方申请退款时，甲方将收回购卡/储值时享受的优惠，乙方需补足已使用的优惠差额。
When Party B applies for refund, Party A will withdraw the discount obtain when purchasing card /storing value,
and Party B shall make up the difference of the discount already used.
四、 预约与取消制度 Reservation and cancellation rules
(1)所有课程实行预约制，可自助预约或顾问代约。
All courses are by appointment, you can make it by yourself or by a consultant.
(2)开课前3小时可自助预约/取消，3小时内请联系顾问代为预约/取消。
You can make an appointment/cancel 3 hours before the class starts. Please contact the consultant to make an appointment/cancel within 3 hours.
(3)每月允许有2次1小时以上，2小时内的临时取消，超过两次将正常扣课。
Members are allowed twice a month to cancel the appointment temporarily more than 1 hour but within 2 hours,
more than two times will be deducted.
(4)1小时内的临时取消将正常扣课。
Temporary cancellation within 1 hour will be deducted normally.
在法律允许的范围内厦门大道至普健康管理有限公司拥有对厦门大道至普健康管理有限公司会员章程的最
终解释权。
To the extent permitted by law, PilatesOnly Studio has the right of final interpretation of the articles of membership of PilatesOnly Studio.
